These terms cover how Pixel Wrench works, what you are paying for, and what both sides agree to. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
Service Description
Pixel Wrench provides professional website design and hosting for trade contractors. We build, host, and maintain your website so you can focus on running your business.
Payment Terms
The service costs $49 per month, billed monthly through Stripe. Payment is due at signup. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your website, you can cancel within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund. No questions asked. Just email us and we will process the refund.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. When you cancel, your site stays live through the end of your current billing period. After that, the site goes offline.

Your $49/mo subscription includes:
- Custom-designed website built for your trade and market
- Hosting on fast, reliable servers
- SSL certificate (the lock icon in the browser)
- SEO setup targeting your trade and service area
- Lead capture forms on your site
- SMS alerts when a potential customer fills out your form
- Monthly content and design updates upon request
- Ongoing technical support
Intellectual Property
You own your content. That means your business name, text, photos, logos, and any information you provide to us. It is yours and always will be.
Pixel Wrench owns the platform, templates, and underlying code. Your website is built using Pixel Wrench templates and tools. You are licensing the use of the site as part of your subscription. If you cancel, you keep your content but not the site design or code.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as-is." We work hard to keep things running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that the site will generate a specific amount of business.
Pixel Wrench is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after changes go live means you accept the updated terms.
