When you use Pixel Wrench, we collect:

Form submissions — your name, phone number, email address, and business information you provide through our intake and contact forms.
Analytics data — page views, traffic sources, and general usage patterns through Google Analytics (GA4). This data is anonymized and aggregated.
Cookies — small files stored in your browser for analytics and session management. More on this below.

How We Use It

We use your information to:

Build and maintain your website
Communicate with you about your project, account, or support requests
Improve our site and services based on how people use them
Send you important updates about your subscription or service changes

We do not sell your data. Period.

Third-Party Services

We use a handful of trusted services to run Pixel Wrench. Each has its own privacy policy:

Stripe — processes payments. We never see or store your full card number.
Google Analytics — tracks anonymous site traffic so we can improve the experience.
Web3Forms — handles contact form submissions.
Twilio — sends SMS lead alerts to clients when a customer fills out their contact form.
Supabase — handles authentication and account data.
Cloudflare — hosts and delivers our sites through their CDN. May set performance cookies.

Cookies

We use a limited number of cookies:

Analytics cookies — set by Google Analytics to understand traffic patterns. These do not personally identify you.
Session cookies — used for authentication when you log in. These expire when your session ends or after a set period.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work as expected.

Data Retention

We keep your data as long as you have an active subscription with us. If you cancel, we retain your data for a reasonable period in case you come back. If you want your data deleted, just ask and we will take care of it.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

Request a copy of the data we have about you
Ask us to update or correct your information
Ask us to delete your data entirely
