Our Story

Summit Builders has been building and renovating homes across Nashville for over 18 years. Owner Nathan Cole got into construction right out of high school, learned framing from the ground up, and earned his general contractor license at 25. He started Summit Builders because he wanted to run projects the way homeowners deserve, with clear communication, honest pricing, and craftsmanship you can see in the finished product.

Every project at Summit Builders is managed directly by Nathan or his senior project manager. We don't hand off your renovation to a subcontractor and disappear. We're on-site, managing the schedule, checking the work, and making sure every detail is right. Our crews are experienced, professional, and respectful of your home.
